Stutter for fixed media (2021)
Stutter paints an electroacoustic soundscape that explores the sonic possibilities of metals interacting, stretching, and colliding. The music is inspired by the imagined behavior of an object that moves in an aggressive and unpredictable manner, in a space where it is capable of altering our perception of time. The piece is mainly processed and manipulated with Rossum Electro-Music’s Assimil8or module before additional post-processing and editing on the computer.
